Shawfield Lakes


Two lakes with deep channels and islands - left over from earlier days when the site was used for gravel extraction - set amidst mature trees, offer some of the best fishing in the area with good all year round sport

The waters contain a large head of Carp, Crucian Carp, Roach, Perch and Bream. This water offers something for all types of anglers from Carp to match fishing expert to novice, all can have memorable days here. With sheltered swims and islands plus an abundance of wildlife makes it the place to be anytime.

There is no closed season on this lake and night fishing is allowed.
